Identifying Information
- For basic use of the Geodelic
application, we do not require you to create a login account. You are
identified only by an anonymous, unique identifier.
- We do not record name, address,
phone number, or other identifying information about you.
- In order to determine search
results of relevance to you, we track and store
data about your latitude and longitude.
- For use of certain advanced
features, we may require you to create an account login, including name
and email address.
Personalization
- Our services allow you to
personalize the way that content is delivered to you. Search results
may be ordered to reflect your affinities, which are determined based
on your use of the application ("Adaptive Learning").
- At any time you may disable
Adaptive Learning.
Uses
- We may use information we
collect about you and your use of the Geodelic application
for support, to develop new features, and to improve the quality of
our products and services.
- We may also use information
we collect about you and your use of the Geodelic application
to show you a history of your activity, to provide you with statistics
about you or your use of our product or service, or to provide you with
a better user experience.
Information sharing and onward transfer
- We will not share information
we collect about you and your use of the Geodelic application
with any outside party, except in the following cases:
- We may share usage data
with a business partner for whom we have developed a custom application
you have downloaded. In no case will you be identified by name. Any

- We believe

involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations
of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
- We transfer information
about you if Geodelic is acquired by or merged with another company.
In this event, we will notify you before information about you is transferred
and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- All information communicated
from your device to Geodelic is sent through your mobile carrier's network,
and we have no control over such carrier's information collection
practices. For information regarding your carrier's treatment of your
